Waverley Lane installed a low-cost system based on Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 to allow this national charity to share diary and contact information across their four offices in Central Scotland.

As budget has allowed the system has been enhanced to provide staff in the other locations with access to the membership and fund-raising databases located on the server in the Edinburgh head office. This system keeps costs under control by centralising IT administration and allowing the use of only one site licence for some of the software.
