You will have access to your own Client Manager who is your dedicated point of contact for all of your queries and requests. Maybe you will know your Client Manager already, because he or she will be the same person who managed the installation and configuration of any new equipment, software or services for you.

We know that an excellent relationship with your IT support provider is vital, so our own comprehensive systems ensure that any one of our team can deal effectively with your call. We keep full technical details and history of your systems readily available for all of our team to use, and regular internal case conferences keep all of our team up to speed with ongoing client issues.
